Tuff Marine 25 Boat Model and trailer kit with Mercury 300R with Sport Master lower. 1-24 scale approx 320mm end to end assembled not including engine. (slightly above 12″)This kit will be delivered in 21 pieces. An additional 9 with a trailer. Stand alone trailer is also available. Plz read description. This Model is printed in high quality ABS-like resin. This highly detailed resin model may have slight imperfections from the printing process. Resin printing requires supports to hold the model in place while printing. These supports leave scars on the face of the model that can be scraped or sanded off easily. (ABS-Like Resin sands very well) I do my absolute best to limit these supports to the bottom of the model but that is not always possible. While inspecting the prints I remove the supports and do a fair amount of cleanup but I leave the bulk of the body work to you, the experts. Listed photos are of actual prints and stand as an example of what you can expect. Assembled photos are for reference. *****Boat Without Trailer kit 21 pieces in total. 2 piece hull, Stand, 3x interior panels, Helm, Binnacle, Hot foot, Dash Display Screen, 2x Window frames, 4x Seats, Jack Plate, Outboard Engine, Engine rigging Cable, Window Stencil, and clear plastic for cutting out windshields. This Kit requires mating the hull together. The Hull connection is Keyed for the best fit possible but the supports required for printing makes these surfaces less than flat. It does take some sculpting and floating to achieve a completely hidden seam. *****Boat With Trailer is 9 additional pieces. Includes all Boat parts in addition to Front and rear Trailer sections, X4 wheel/tire, 2 couplers, and the tongue jack. The trailer is not intended to be a rolling toy. It is a stationary model. This is a very high end resin print and I treat them as such. Models with this level of detail require even more supports and processing than normal due to the high level of intricacy. The large parts are hollowed and will have vent holes for resin drainage and internal curing. Due to required print orientation the hull pieces will not have a perfectly flat mating surface. Some distortion is unavoidable where the Hull connects. This is not perfect recreation. I create models from photos, vector images, and basic dimensions when available. Many things are as I see them in photos and even more things are altered to allow for 3D printing. Some small details are exaggerated and some can not be recreated in this scale. This model is printed in pieces due to its size. Boat Model Kit will arrive in sections. See Photos. Many Pieces are printed separately and shipped unattached to hull for ease of painting. All components are pinned/slotted for a precise fit to hull. Vehicle Models are supplied unpainted and It will be printed to order, allow 7 days for production. Model does not require paint and will hold up fine unfinished in a climate controlled dry area. Direct exposure to UV will discolor model and exposure to excessive heat will deform model. Any paint suited for plastic will work well with ABS-Like resin using standard painting process. ABS-Like resin is not suited for use in water without some type of sealer. Yes! Models with this level of detail take me 1-3 weeks to design plus any assembly and paintwork so prices vary depending on size and complexity.
