Artwork does not ship until payment clears no matter what the handling time. When the artwork is ready to ship, we provide the tracking number through eBay so you can keep up with your artwork while it is in transit. Custom Artwork Even though each of our pieces is handmade to order, to follow the rules here on eBay, we cannot deviate or modify from what is being sold to you. In other words, if you are purchasing a piece that measures 60″ wide and you send us a message asking us to make it 72″ wide, we cannot accommodate you in that fashion. Modifying size, colors, number of panels, and other artwork details is considered custom artwork. Custom work is arranged directly through the Statements2000 art studio (not here on eBay). Here on eBay, the pieces are available as you see them and exactly as they are listed. Custom artwork (inclusive of price, lead time, and any transport costs) is quoted in advance. Custom artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable, one of the reasons we don’t offer custom artwork here on eBay. Shipping Materials We use high-quality shipping materials. We are experienced shippers and many of our art pieces have custom made packing materials specially designed to ensure their safe delivery. Combined Shipping We offer combined shipping whenever possible. However, getting the artwork to its destination is our top priority. Many pieces are not eligible for combined shipment including 3d wall sculptures, freestanding sculptures, clocks, and more. International Shipping -The carrier UPS or USPS is selected based on dependable services, the least handling, competitive rates, and timely delivery -Import duties, taxes or tariff charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
